Frequently Asked Questions

We hope you find the answer to your question within our FAQ's

On the payment page it states "By clicking 'Pay Now' you confirm that you have read and agree to our service Terms & Conditions and you currently have a future driving test booking that you authorise us to change on your behalf."

You need to have a driving test booked for us to monitor and find an earlier test for you. Only you can book an initial driving test. If you struggle to find a test locally, you can book a test at any test centre (somewhere like Darlington, Middlesborough, Atherton, Ipswich or Lee on the Solent that have tests available for 5 months ahead), then we will monitor to find an earlier test for you at your chosen local test centre and swap over the test from the initial test centre to your own test centre.

If you struggle to find a test date, the best time to book a test is after 6am on a Monday morning (as early as possible), as DVSA issue new test dates then for 5 months time.

Once you have booked a test, please add your driving test reference number to your account portal.

One problem we see a lot is customers using alternative apps alongside our system. DVSA only allow one search of a driving licence at a time. Our system monitors and connects to DVSA every 3 minutes, but if a search is underway by another app, our system gets blocked and cannot search or book a slot, which reduces the chances of finding an earlier date.  Multiple searches at the same time block ip addresses by the DVSA security system Imperva, so our system has to continually reconfigure to create new ip addresses over and over again. Our quickest results are when our system is the only one monitoring for earlier test dates.

Other apps send out lots of alleged tests, which when the customer tries to book are not actually available. Our system finds the test and (i) holds the test open on DVSA while it sends an SMS to you asking if you want to book the test - Manual Book, or (ii) Automatically books the test and sends you a confirmation SMS - Auto Book.

It is entirely your choice whether you have several apps running at the same time. If you do, our system will monitor for available tests at every spare opportunity when it is not being blocked by others.

We recommend that you enter 3 test centres so that our system can monitor all three for a quicker service to find an earlier test date. Please note that a test can be booked in any one of the test centres and none of the centres will be prioritised over other centres.

Our system is monitoring from 6am to 11.40pm every day, 7 days a week at least every 2 minutes.

When our system finds an earlier test slot, it will send an SMS message to your mobile.

Manual Book - System sends an SMS letting you know that a test date is available. You have 10 minutes to reply BOOK, otherwise the date expires (DVSA only hold the slot open for 10 mins).

Auto Book - System automatically books an available date, then sends an SMS to you confirming that the test date has been booked (You can add your unavailable dates for the system to avoid booking those).

Our system starts monitoring straight away once your payment has been made. As soon as the system finds a test slot, you will receive an SMS with the earlier test details.

In the unlikely event that our system does not find you an earlier test date, you can cancel the test for a full refund at any time, then book another test as required. (Tests cannot be cancelled within the last 3 days before a test date).

The website displays how many test slots were available in the last 24 hours. That is not a live number of tests available now, as test slots are booked up extremely quickly in as little as 5 seconds, so it is impossible to display a live number of tests available.

Our system can only monitor for earlier test slots.

We recommend having a date range of at least 30 - 60 days for the system to monitor to find earlier test slots. The system will always choose the earliest date available and can change the date on the DVSA website up to 6 times (including any changes that were made, if any, before you signed up). If no latest date for a test booking is entered into your account portal, the system will monitor for available test slots right up to the day before your test date currently booked on DVSA.

If your test reference number has changed, please update it in your account portal. If the test reference number has remained the same, please amend the date range that the system is to monitor again within.

The system can only book a weekend test date if your initial driving test is booked on a weekend on the DVSA website. If you have a weekday test, the system can only book an earlier test date on a weekday.
